SEO is actually the abbreviation for **Search Engine Optimization**. In general, search engine optimization refers to that optimization activity to make an online resource such as website more relevant and visible and increase a site’s ranking for certain search phrases in the major search engines’ results pages – Google, Bing, and Yahoo for instance. All these goals can be obtained through improvements of the given position for some keyword set.

3. Technical SEO: This involves the technical aspects of a website that affects its crawling, indexing, and user experience. Important factors include:

Improves website speed and performance
Structured data application (schema markup) enhances the understanding of the search engine about the content
Broken links and website security issues are fixed, especially HTTPS.
Effective SEO involves all of these practices combined, hence improving rankings, increasing website traffic, and ultimately driving conversion or sales. It is not an overnight process but needs ongoing effort since search engines continuously update their algorithms.
